Snaredrum Heads

The snare drum head has to withstand high loads and should therefore be chosen well. The single-layer, white-coated model is one of the all-rounders of snare drum heads. They sound good both very softly and very loudly, and their coating not only slightly dampens the overtones, but also enables them to be played with a broom. A thick head or with a reinforcement point (dot) in the middle of the head are very stable heads, if a strong playing style or a longer durability is preferred. Integrated damping rings reduce the overtones.
