Mini Maestro presents very easy to medium difficulty, small piano pieces from 5 centuries in chronological order from baroque, classical, romantic, modern to jazz, pop and minimal music.
The volumes build on each other and the level of difficulty increases.
At the end of each volume - under the motto More fun for two - there are three four-hand bonus pieces. All pieces are easy to learn and offer a diverse repertoire as an ideal addition to any piano school, suitable for concerts, lessons, exams and competitions.
Volume 2 contains pieces with an extended range of two octaves and three- to four-part chord playing with inversions. Further criteria include pedal playing, elementary ornamentation, simple polyphony, differentiation of melody and accompaniment and major/minor pieces up to two sharp/b-flat accidentals.Contents:John Blow (1649-1708): AirJohann Krieger (1651-1735): Menuett a-MollChristian Petzold (1677-1733): Menuett G-Dur, BWV Anh. 114, Menuett g-Moll, BWV Anh. 115Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750): Aria d-Moll, BWV 515, Praeludium C-Dur, BWV 939Georg Friedrich Händel (1685-1759): Gavotte C-Dur, Passepied C-Dur, HWV 559Joseph Haydn (1732-1809): Deutscher Tanz D-Dur, Hob.
