The elegant version of the percussion kit complements the practical, precisely prefabricated Cajon quick kit with a very high-quality striking surface with wenge design veneer. Of course, everything from tension belts to express glue is included. All you need is a hammer and screwdriver. Schlagwerk proves once again that quality doesn't have to be compromised with a do-it-yourself kit.

The core of the percussion includes the timpani, the bass drum, the snare drum, the cymbals and the triangle. The spectrum of the percussion mechanism has continued to expand to this day. Instruments such as glockenspiel and other mallets (xylophone, vibraphone, marimba), tubular bells, celesta, tam-tam, gong and a still growing number of effect instruments (ratchet, horn, flexaton, thunder plate, piston whistle, guiro, rainwood, castanets, wind machine, etc. ) can now be part of a percussionist's stock of instruments.

In contemporary music compositions, unusual sound generators such as vacuum cleaners, typewriters or sirens are usually entrusted to the percussion register, although they have nothing to do with "beat" in the narrower sense.
