Yamaha presents the second generation of its successful AG series mixing consoles, which are specially tailored for streaming applications. Like their predecessors, the AG03MK2 and AG06MK2 have powerful DSP functions as well as bi-directional USB connections, which are ideal for streaming environments thanks to the loopback function. A new addition is a second four-pin mini-jack connection for direct connection of mobile devices and a guitar amp simulation.

The Yamaha AG06MK2 is a six-channel small mixer optimized for streaming tasks. In addition to a mute switch per channel and even better sound quality, the second generation of the successful streaming talents has a four-pin mini-jack connection, with which mobile devices can be easily connected. The bi-directional USB port makes modern streaming tasks such as voice chat child's play, the loopback function allows live and PC signals to be conveniently mixed to form a finished streaming audio signal.

Powerful internal DSPs provide a variety of signal processors, ranging from equalizers and compressors to multi-effects processors and ? new to MK2 ? a guitar amp simulation. The associated AG Controller software, which is available for Windows and Apple computers as well as iOS mobile devices, has been significantly revised with regard to intuitive usability and offers two user interface modes: While ?Simple? offers even inexperienced users quick and uncomplicated access to the fascinating world of sound processing from Yamaha, the "Detail" mode allows professional sound engineers to carry out extensive processing.

With two microphone and two stereo inputs, the AG06MK2 is also suitable for teamwork or smaller music productions. The mixer has a headset connection, which makes it the ideal communication center even for action-packed gaming performances. With dedicated main monitor and headphone outputs, the new streaming solution from Yamaha also integrates seamlessly into home, live and studio environments.
