Would you like to return one or more items from your order to us?
Please fill out the form below and we will help you to complete your return quickly and easily.
GLS Return Label
We would be happy to create a GLS return label for you.
Please select "Return label - YES" in the form below!
After we receive your return form, you receive your return label by mail.
We ask you to pack the goods well in the original carton and with an outer carton and stick the return label on it so that it is clearly visible.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice.
You can then hand it in at a GLS parcel shop.
After checking the returned goods, your money will be returned, usually with the payment method you selected when ordering. The inspection of the returned goods and the return transfer of money can take up to 14 working days.
An amount of €9.90 (within Austria) and €12.90 (from Germany) will be charged for the return. This will be deducted from you when you transfer the money back. Other countries on request.
Don't want a return label?
We ask you to send the goods well packed in the original carton and an outer carton with a parcel service of your choice to the following address:
