DESIGN

Classical and modern elements blend harmoniously in the new Celviano models, creating a cohesive unity. Through a complete redesign and modernization of the new design, the classic elegance is now even more impressively emphasized. The integration of high-gloss elements and light visualizations, along with the enhancement of the color palette, endows the instrument with unparalleled elegance and quality at first glance.

Both the AP-750 and the AP-550 feature a unique CASIO construction that allows for the opening of the top piano lid to simulate the impressive sound reminiscent of opening a grand piano lid.

The AP-S450 belongs to the Slim series of the new Celviano models. Despite their compact size, the instruments deliver an overwhelmingly voluminous sound thanks to the thoughtful positioning of the speakers.

SOUND

The AP-750 features the innovative Grandphonic Sound System, a novel 4-way system with 8 speakers. By carefully reproducing the resonances of a grand piano and cleverly distributing the sound elements, an exceptionally natural sound impression is achieved. The unique acoustic construction of the body ensures that the sound is transmitted throughout the entire instrument, generating the characteristic resonance tones of a grand piano. Instead of merely hearing the sound from the speakers, one can feel the subtle overtones and the breadth of the sound, as if the grand piano were right in front of them.

The AP-550 is equipped with a thoughtful 2-way system with 4 speakers, ensuring particularly natural sound propagation. In the sleek AP-S450, which also features a 2-way system with 4 speakers, two main speakers are directed upwards, providing an authentically powerful sound.

The AP-750 includes sounds from three world-renowned concert grand pianos: Berlin Grand, Hamburg Grand, and Vienna Grand. The Berlin Grand sound was developed in collaboration with C. Bechstein. The AP-550 and AP-S450 also contain two high-quality grand piano sounds. With the Classical Piano Repertoire Tone Collection, found in the AP-750, users can explore piano sounds from various eras. These sounds have been carefully developed by analyzing the characteristics of different styles of classical piano pieces, allowing users to experience the versatility of these instruments.

KEYBOARD

The popular and innovative Smart Hybrid Hammer Action keyboard has been optimized for the new CELVIANO models and is incorporated into all three new models. This wood-hybrid keyboard takes into account the key characteristics of high-quality grand piano keys and combines their physical-mechanical properties with advanced digital technology that controls the playing feel and sound reproduction for each key. This innovation allows for an expressive performance that can adapt to various playing techniques, akin to a grand piano. Furthermore, the stability of the keyboard mechanism has been improved to meet the subtle nuances of demanding classical piano pieces. Additionally, the AP-750 features keyboard characteristics that enhance the playing experience, making it even more enjoyable and responsive.

NEW FEATURES

• Visual Information Bar

The Visual Information Bar has been elegantly integrated into the housing above the keyboard, providing visual information on key touch sensitivity and can be optionally used as a metronome or for optimal performance monitoring.

• Instand RePlayer

The Instant RePlayer function allows continuous recording of your performance. The performance can be recorded in real-time for up to 270 seconds, and if the recording time is exceeded, the previous recording will automatically overwrite itself. This feature is perfect for analyzing your practice progress.

• Scene Function

The Scene function allows access to 10 preset tones and additionally enables the storage of 10 custom tone settings (AP-750).

• Bluetooth
With the included Wireless MIDI & Audio Adapter WU-BT10, you can utilize Bluetooth® audio connection and MIDI data communication between your smartphone or tablet.
