Soundcraft was founded in 1973 by British audio engineer Phil Dudderidge and electronics designer Graham Blyth. Soundcraft has been a subsidiary of the electronics manufacturer Harman International Industries since 1988, which has belonged to the South Korean company Samsung Electronics since 2017.
