The ADJ Dotz Par uses advanced COB (Chip On Board) technology allowing for a powerful LED engine to be placed in a small amount of space. The PAR spotlight is a spotlight which was mainly used in event lighting until a few years ago. Due to the modern LED technology, these original PAR cans are rarely found. Scanner and Moving Heads
Scanner and Moving Heads are the devices for moving light in a room. The scanner is a spotlight whose light beam is deflected by an electromechanically movable mirror. The moving head is a head-moving spotlight that can be swiveled around two axes. In contrast to the scanner, the moving head moves the entire "head" including the light source. Whereas with the scanner the light source is fixed and the mirror or mirror roller moves.
LED Follow Spots
The Follow Spot is a special form of the profile spotlight, which is used for example to put the actor in the limelight on a stage, in film, television or shows.
