The Meinl Drum Honey Assortment, which contains 12 damping pads of different sizes, changes both the drum and the cymbal sound to a muffled, warm sound. Dampening can be controlled as needed. In order to only achieve a low level of damping, e.g. only the small gel pads (diameter: 1.5 cm) can be placed on the batter skin. If more cushioning is desired, the large gel pads (diameter: 3.5 cm) can be attached together with the medium gel pads (diameter: 2.5 cm). In addition, the Drum Honeys can also be glued to cymbals. No matter what surface they are on, the gel pads can be easily removed anywhere. Indispensable for sessions, recordings and live use for optimal damping.
