The MZ-223 is a built-in mixer for permanent installation in shops, public facilities, restaurants, bars, theme parks or hotels. It is intended to provide three different rooms or zones with background music and announcements from different sources. Any of the seven input channels can be routed to any or all three output zones.The mixer offers five input channels for line-level signals from analog playback sources such as media players, radio receivers or cassette decks. Two channels can be switched to phono to connect turntables. All channels have their own input level controls, clipping LEDs and a fader. Two additional microphone input channels - with level controls, LED meters and 3-band equalization - are available for announcements, speech transmission, karaoke or other applications with dynamic microphones. If these are used for announcements, for example, the volume of the background music can be automatically reduced according to the microphone volume using the integrated talkover function.Each of the sum outputs for the three zones is equipped with a level control, LED level display and 3-band tone control.
